A charming 1:24 scale cottage style dolls house with shop featuring four main rooms plus a large attic room. The shop front has an attractive bay window design with a large window display area and allows a good view into the shop. There are three windows in the upper floor. The dividers in the main rooms are loosely fitted so they can be moved or removed, also the attic room could be divided if desired. Internal doors can be fitted to the standard size openings (available separately). There is a corner staircase connecting the two lower floors.

The house front and roof panels are designed to simply lift away to reveal the interior so there are no unsightly hinges.

Overall size: 315mm wide x 215mm deep x 300mm high

The house is professionally made from 6mm MDF and all main joints are rebated to ensure a strong construction. This house is supplied ready built, but un-decorated. The window frames and shop sign are supplied loose to make decorating easier.
