On-Line
Go to the relevant product page on this website and order directly - secure credit/debit card payment.

By Phone
Call us on 01825 732515 with your order and pay by credit/debit card. If answerphone, please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you straight back.

By Mail
Order your items using the website and on the Checkout page under payment options choose 'Mail / Cheque'. When sending payment please include your order reference number. Alternatively you can print out the price list/order form provided and send it to us with your payment.

UK Delivery
There is a fixed delivery charge of just £2.95 per order except for Dolls Houses and Dolls House Kits where the delivery charge is shown separately with the item details. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt by Royal Mail First Class Post or Standard Parcel Service.

International Orders & Delivery
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail or International Courier and the delivery cost is calculated according to the order weight. Please click here for international ordering information and a guide to delivery costs.

Returns Policy
If not completely satisfied, goods can be returned within 10 days of purchase. The value of the goods less the full postage cost will be refunded providing they are returned to us unopened and in perfect condition. Please contact us if you wish to return items as we are unable to accept unauthorised returns. Items are returned at the customers risk. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lost or Damaged Goods
Royal Mail Standard standard compensation cover applies for lost or damaged deliveries - please see www.royalmail.com for details. If extra compensation cover is required please enquire before ordering.

Dolls House World Club Member Discounts
Members of the Dolls House World Club are entitled to a discount of 10% from the value of their order (excluding postage). This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The discount odder only applies to Realistic Exterior Finishing Products which are produced by Bromley Craft Products. Other exclusions and restrictions may apply - please enquire. Proof of membership may be required.
