Important: This is a complete dolls house kit, but due to a manufacturing error the rebated joints do not fit together correctly. To assemble the kit it will be necessary to adjust the joints (enlarge the grooves) by 0.5mm - 1mm approx so the parts fit together correctly.

A classic late Victorian town house dolls house kit. Attractive bay windows allowing good view into the dolls house. The house front and roof panels are designed to lift off for easy access to the interior.

Hallway / stairs (x2) size (WxDxH): 70mm x 167mm x 111mm
Attic room including stairwell area: 244mm x 167mm with sloping ceiling.
Optional Basement comprises of two additional rooms. The exterior has a matching facade and paved area with steps.
Room sizes: 167mm x 167mm & 70mm x 167mm.
Build Option: This dolls house can be supplied in flat-packed kit form or if preferred,we can build the kit so it is delivered fully assembled, ready for decorating. Please note that unless otherwise requested some parts, such as window frames, stairs and exterior mouldings will be left loose to make the decorating process easier.
