3D Printable design file (.stl) for a Brick Texture Roller. The file will be available for digital download immediately after purchase.
When the design has been printed the roller can be used with modelling clay or similar to create realistic textured finishes on miniature models. Suitable for a wide range of scales and applications including dolls houses, dioramas & model railways.
The standard design is for a roller measuring (WxD): 70mm x 22mm and is appropriate for 1:35 scale. The design can easily be scaled up or down in your slicing software to any size / scale required.
The design is suitable for printing on most FDM (Filament) or SLA (Resin) 3D printers. We recommend printing upright with a brim to aid print bed adhesion. We print this design on a Bambu 3D printer using standard PLA filament with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.16 (or variable) layer height and this reliably produces good quality results.
The purchaser will require a suitable 3D printer and materials and will need basic 3D printer and slicer knowledge.
